Book Launch:- We are delighted to announce the launch of the book — Affordable Housing: Building an Inclusive Society for the 21st Century.

The Centre for Law and Urban Development has Published the book on "Affordable Housing - Building an Inclusive Society for 21st Century" Edited by Dr. Prem Chand, Executive Director, CLUD, and Dr. Jasper V. George, Research Director, CLUD, with the support of student editors Devender Garg and Ananya Anand, this volume has been published by Mohan Law House.

This edited volume is a compilation of selected papers presented at the 3rd National Seminar on Affordable Housing organised by the Centre for Law and Urban Development (CLUD) in February 2025. The volume brings together interdisciplinary perspectives on housing policy, urban governance, finance, regulation, sustainability, and social inclusion, and features contributions from academicians, researchers, practitioners, and students, all of which have undergone a rigorous review and editorial process.

The book was unveiled during the Valedictory Ceremony of the CLUD–SCL India Certificate Course on Construction Contracts and Disputes, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Risham Garg, Mr. Ratan K. Singh, Ms. Abhisaar Bairagi, Mr. Akshay Gandotra, LL.M., Dr. Prem Chand, and Dr. Jasper Vikas.
